Rates

Rates depend upon exact dates but in general are:

Peak Periods: Easter week, mid-July – end Aug, Xmas and New Yr weeks: £3,850 per week

Shoulder Period: Two weeks either side of summer peak: £3,465 per week

Off Peak: Other weeks: £1,925 per week

Bookings are Friday to Friday and are for full weeks only.

The owners will only be letting Beach House for a limited number of weeks each year.
